I made pineapple curry chicken with couscous for dinner, and it's delicious.

I made just the right amount of pineapple chicken curry, but waaaaay too much couscous. (I pretty much always overestimate how much couscous to make.)

Therefore, I will probably take couscous with me for lunch tomorrow. Any suggestions of what to have it with? (I have more pineapple. Also more chicken - and beef, and I think pork.)

Tai left a copy of The Great Book of Couscous in the washroom, so I will consult that as well.

I have chopped up fresh veggies into mine and eaten it cold, much like what one would do with tabouli.

Also, pineapple curry chicken sounds amazing and I'm really jealous. Someday, when I master things like touching raw meat, I might have to try to make it.

My research suggested that refridgerating it without putting the flavours I wanted in it beforehand would not be as yummy, unless I wanted to use it to make a quiche crust, apparnetly. v(._.)v So what I did was make veggies the way I'd done the chicken and mix it all together. I just now tested what it's like after a nigth in the fridge, and it's definitely yummy. :Dd
