I don't think I've ever met anyone that disliked that movie. Huh...

....Sorry, I'm just boggling that you apparently know people who liked Forrest Gump. It was depressing! It had really random slapstick humour inappropriately juxtaposed against a bleak backdrop of the lives around him, and you know that the only reason he's managing to be so happy is because he doesn't understand. The whole message seems to be that only people who have brain damage can be content with their life! And everyone around him seemed to use him.
