I was always a little surprised that Brian turned out as tall as he did -- I always had the impression that Lord Falsworth was on the shorter end. He certainly looked it in the old Invaders books, anyhow. Brian and Jackie's mother must have had tall genes.

I confess I know very little about Lord Montgomery Falsworth. Possibly they were just making him shorter because old people are almost always shorter than adult heroes in old comic books? His bio info on the marvel wiki says he was 6'1"... but his brother was 5'1"... Supposedly Jackie is 5'4", which this artist obviously didn't take into account, since he's looks almost as tall as Roger in this pic. *cough*

(Then against I've seen people draw Wolverine as nearly a head taller than Mystique. She is 5'10". He is 5'3". Artists sometimes make mistakes.)

Anyhoo. I don't know if this particular picture is for a new series, but I know there have been Invaders books out. I'm gonna nose around my FLCS about the Invader Now mini-series on Thursday, f'r instance.
