Wow, Tony is ALL OVER "I don't like you" body language, but a) obviously trying to keep it under wraps, and b) not coming across as fake.
Okay, I'm 90% convinced that the bomb was planted by Sayif to kill Walid. (His driver.)

Okay, how is this dinner with Gibbs not the cutest thing EVER? Does Gibbs cook dinner for Tony often? I realise that this scene is supposed to show that Tony and Gibbs have a much closer relationship than Tony and his father, and are more alike (the knife thing! XD), and know each other better, but you know, I get less father-son dynamic from this and much more "friends who are very alike". (Ducky did say that young Gibbs was, well, Tony.) And it's sweet.
Plus the Gibbs/DiNozzo shippers will have fun with that "Soemtimes it's better to keep what you know to yourself." "Amen." thing, I'm sure. ;3
