Blatantly stolen from [livejournal.com profile] 20thcenturyvole:

Give me a character from any fandom, tv show, movie, book you know that I know and I will tell you:
a. My favorite thing about that character.
b. My least favorite thing about that character.
c. One person I would ship them with in their own verse.
d. One crossover ship for them I think would be neat.
e. One crossover universe for them I think would be even neater.
f. Their ship from hell.
g. Their song.
h. The title of their biography or autobiography.
i. The last bad dream they had.
j. How they're gonna shuffle off the mortal coil, if they haven't already.

a. His socialist agenda.

b. The rats retcon.

c. Trickster

d. Methos. Their political, ethical, and moral debates would be epic.

e. I'd love to see him run rampant across any number of worlds, but if I was going to remake him as an AU... Hm. ShadowRun!Piper.... *evil grin*

f. DeSaad. I HAVE SEEN IT. DX

g. *ahem*

Children, come listen to me
I'm just a lowly minstrel as you can see
I have no worldly goods to pass along
All I can give you is a passing song
No buildings named for me
Just lasting harmony
I give you music

I give you music, just like my daddy did
Just like his daddy before him, a precious gift
There's nothin' quite as strong
As the feelings in a song
I give you music

Now, I don't think myself a special breed
I'm just a concerned man who feels a need
To sing of war and peace and right and wrong
Give me attention and I'll play you a song
To have and hold
Richer than diamonds or gold
I give you music

I give you music, just like my daddy did
Just like his daddy before him, a precious gift
Oh, there's nothin' quite as strong
As the feeling in a song
I give you music, just like my daddy did
Just like his daddy before him, a precious gift
Oh, there's nothin' quite as strong
As the feeling in a song
I give you music

...That, or Alice's Restaurant Massacree.

h. It would be a biography, because he's got more important things to write about than himself, and the title would depend on how the biographer saw him. Say, Dance My Pretties for a hostile view, The Life and Times of Hartley Rathaway for a more neutral tone, and Flute of Plenty for a friendly portrayal.

i. The last several years of comics...

j. Wally's gonna get him killed. Somehow.

And yet they wouldn't reassure Duncan at all. Because Piper is still a thief and a mischief-maker in a lot of ways.

f. DeSaad. I HAVE SEEN IT. DX

Where? I thought I found all the fic with Piper in it. Well, except for the stuff where he's dating Green Arrow2 and is just used to set up Green Arrow/Green Lantern.

j. Wally's gonna get him killed. Somehow.

Well, yeah. Wally gets him into five kinds of trouble on a weekly basis. And sometimes forgets that Piper needs support in the tough times...

And yet they wouldn't reassure Duncan at all. Because Piper is still a thief and a mischief-maker in a lot of ways.

Particularly since a) Piper would think Duncan was physically attractive, what with looking a bit like his old partner, and b) Piper does not think brooding is something it's healthy to do a lot of.

Where? I thought I found all the fic with Piper in it. Well, except for the stuff where he's dating Green Arrow2 and is just used to set up Green Arrow/Green Lantern.

I've blocked the memory of where, mainly because I ran far away. But I know I have seen it. This other one you're mentioning sounds kinda bleg. :/

No wonder Wally doesn't have many non-super friends.

a. His neatfreakery. XD
b. The way the writers put him through completely unnecessary phases of stupidity and/or greed.
c. Ted!
d. Tom Paris. It would be a fling, because they actually have too much in common...
e. Booster in Stargate is a recurring theme for me, although I also like dropping him in on the Andromeda's crew.
f. Lex Luthor.
g. Tender Young Hero, by Gowan
h. All Is Not Glitter: What You Never knew About Booster Gold by B. daCosta
i. Michelle/Wonder Woman breaking Ted's neck while another Ted stood by, eating peanut butter from a skull and making funny commentary, and Booster can't reach any of them.
j. Eaten by a plant.

a. Toss up between the way he enjoys acting like an annoying younger brother (especially with Teyla) and the way he understood that, as someone still perceived as an outsider in Atlantis, it would be more acceptable to the city populace if he tortured Kavanaugh and/or Caldwell, so offered to do it. Or, hell, a third contender would be the way his voice is both squeaky and growly.
b. It annoys me that the writers change his backstory every time it comes up.
c. Dr. Kusanagi. I don't know why! The (two) fics I've seen for it just seem really plausible to me, somehow.
d. Moira MacTaggart, from Marvel Comics. If she weren't dead.
e. I can't think of one in particular. D: Wherever he goes, he'll fall in with the same type of people, I suspect.
f. Daniel Jackson. They would not work.
g. Wanted Dead Or Alive by Bon Jovi. Seriously.
h. Song of Survival.
i. Involved the Wraith, and Melena, and flying monkeys.
j. Blown up. Not necessarily the same circumstances as seen in the "Last Man" timeline, it's just that I can't seen anything less than complete obliteration taking him out.

a. His genius -- and his sense of humour. Also his shoulders. mmm...
b. I... have no least favourite thing. ._. What can I say, I love all his faults! They make him interesting.
c. John Sheppard.
d. Cassandra Kresnov. ;3
e. Rodney McKay: muppet.
f. Doctor Katie Brown and/or Doctor Jennifer Keller. *shudder*
g. A Criminal Mind, by Lawrence Gowan. Actually, loads of stuff by Gowan works...
h. Oh... dear. Depends on who writes it, really. And whether they Stargate program has been declassified. Pride in the Name of Science, perhaps, or Doing the Impossible.
i. John not bothering to send a last message from the Wraith uberhive and blowing himself -- and the rest of his team + Lorne -- to kingdom come.
j. Saving a lot of children, or so his sister will be told. It will probably be more impressive than that.

nuuuu his skijump D:
McKay vs. Honeydew -- who has the weirdest science?
Zelenka vs. Beaker -- who has the best D: reaction/craziest hair?

a. Toss up between his zany creative genius and the fact that his weight issues are connected to his self-esteem, which I really REALLY empathize with.
b. Sometimes he's a total asshole. :(
c. God, just one? Booster. *helpless*
d. HANK MCCOY.
e. Ted In Space, either in Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan books (as a Betan?) or Elizabeth Moon's Heris Serrano/Esmay Suiza books (as a tech in the Royal Space Service, Registered Embryo and all).
f. Wonder Woman. I just don't think she really understands him.
g. Cadillac Dreams, by KISS. Ted could fill a three-disc soundtrack for me, but that's the first one to come to mind.
h. Take Up the Torch: How I Became the Second Blue Beetle by Ted Kord, and The Brain Behind The Tights: A Ted Kord Biography by...someone else.
i. The robot army his uncle made had backed him into a corner, but each robot had the face of someone he loved.
j. He has, alas. More than once over. >.>
