...but I really like this bit and I'm not sure I'll ever finish this. So: from something currently intended to be a string of ficlets dealing with the relationship between Irene Adler (Destiny) and Raven Darkholme (Mystique), mostly to do with kids, an exchange that pretty much sums up how I see these two.

"I didn't mean to ruin you," Raven said, mournfully, and Irene laughed.

"Liar. You did so, and so you did. You stole my innocence and spoiled me rotten. That's all right, though. I wanted you to."
