Additionally, a few very mildly spoilery comments about recent issue sof X-Factor, X-Men, and The Flash:

I did buy a few more back-issues of the first X-Factor series and Holy God I had no idea that Cameron Hodge was so deeply deeply the spurned-love-made-me-crazy* type. Seriously, has anyone ever called Angel beautiful so many times in an issue besides this guy? I'm not suggesting homoerotic content, here (but I'm not denying the possibilty - Hodge is crazy, it's hard to tell), but it was stunning. Every use of this character since (with the possible exception of Inferno) did him a great disservice. Shit, man. That was seriously great writing!

*Not just love. Jealousy and "I want to be you" and wishing he's been the one to become special so he could just catch up to Warren, too.

Okay, heads up: Livejournal is not currently letting me see updates on my flist. Not new posts, not accurate comment tallies, nuthin'. I'm not sure what else I'm having trouble with, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's more. It might just be a problem with my computer itself; I hope not. I can't imagine what would do that.
