I order a chicken Caesar salad and instead of chicken it has massive amounts of cheese. This is about typical for what happens when I order food. My friends basically have to learn to accept that I will inevitably be sending food back to the kitchen at some point where we've gone out for dinner.

My local corner store carries 2L bottles of low-acid apple juice now! :D This makes me so incredibly happy!

Coming up with new code names for established characters is much harder than I expected. "Nightcrawler" for instance. Sure, he's dark (like night), and he kinda crawls, in there will all the jumping and perching on things like a gargoyle. But a nightcrawler is a type of worm, and apart from his tail, he is not worm-like. I have a pet AU I play with periodically, and I figured it was a good chance to finally change it, but damn me if I can think of anything.

Of course, other people are easier. Madison Jeffries = "Tinker". TADA! But hardly any of you will know who he is, I bet. Naming more well-known characters is harder. Even giving Jean Grey a code name that has nothing to do with the Phoenix force (which, in this AU, was never a factor) that isn't "Marvel Girl" is difficult. In contrast, giving Candace Southern a name that wasn't "Marvel Girl" was easy. (And yes, she went by Marvel Girl for a while.)

Mexico has ruined me. I like orange Fanta better than orange Crush now! WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO?!?!

Really, I'm making this list because I was writing a story and then I got to the end and can't seem to get the words to come. I know what happens, but I lost the voice. :/

As far as Nighty goes, you might try looking up his name in different languages. I seem to recall his German codename (from translations) being the name for the black knight piece in chess. Which makes a lot of sense. :3

I'll probably avoid chess pieces, just because of that whole Hellfire Club association. (Son of Satan is on the Don't Touch list because in the AU, Daimon Hellstrom is the Black King of the Hellfire Society. :D Lillian Crawley (Diamond Lil) is the Black Queen and may or may not be possessed... ;3 )

Although I do know for a fact that his name as designed was Nightcrawler, because I have seen the design pages that were pitched to DC as Legion of Superhero characters. :D

I really like the game piece idea, though...

I only drink Fanta when I go to Burger King (like last friday).

Any other day and any other place I will have Sprite (or 7Up if I am at KFC).

Dunno what it is that makes me want to try Fanta every time I go to BK... Bizarre...

I haven't gone to Burger King in years. I think the last time I saw one was in the airport in Cancun, actually. (I know they're around, I just don't live near any -- and I don't eat hamburgers anymore.)
