Okay, so, I have a big file of story ideas for Gar and Vic. (And another one for Booster and Ted.) So far I've started two stories from Vic's perspective, and one from Gar's.

First, there's a chat with Cliff Steele, but that's not going so well, since I'm not sure how often Vic may have met him (I know there's been at least one Titans/Doom Patrol crossover), and it's been a while since I read anything with Cliff in it.

Next, and going better because it's been in my head for a while, is just a cute thing involving tucking Gar in. Might turn into a sex scene. I don't know.

And then there's the one I started writing at work last night. It wasn't supposed to be really long, just sort of hopeful slice-of-life. But now, it's turning into this huge, sprawling story involving civil rights for metahumans, the legacy of Joe Wilson, and lots of random fluffy friend things with Jade. I don't even know if Gar knows Ms. Jennie-Lynn Hayden. ...But I can't shake the image of the two of them doing lunch. Green boy and green girl. :) Bah. If this fic wants to turn into an epic, I should let it. See where it goes.

If anyone is actually reading this - I am a slow writer. Just a warning.

Lest I had scared you (yesterday? day before? when did we have the conversation?), I'm quite willing to take a peek at ficcage as long as there's not much by way of certain topics ... and you know what they are :)

If your impending epic gives you stress, you know who to talk to about brain-devouring projects ... *laughs*
