Hey! C'mon c'mon!
Sep. 21st, 2007 01:01 pmThe Fatal Fury animated movie and subsequent OAVs were, uh, how can I describe these without using the word "crack"? ...Interesting, in a sometimes comedic, really predictable action hero set-up until the magic artefacts and giant godlike figures of pure fighting ki.
But the games kinda led to that, anyway. In honour of having recently gotten my hands on Fatal Fury: Battle Archives Volume 1 (the first three games and a special! :D) I went looking for Terry Bogard on YouTube. Under the link, you will find an embedded fanvid using footage from these animated projects, set to a song from one of the OAVs -- a song, I should note, which I have adored since the first time I heard it.
A song called 'Oh Angel'.
(Oh, and don't be perturbed when you see a very large-eyed Terry in the vid -- they didn't do a cutesy version, that's just him as a kid.)
:D
ETA: HOLY SHIT! If you scroll along the related links at the bottom -- apparently you could play Terry in a WWE Smackdown game ?!?!?!
