Iceman and Northstar have a chat. This needs betaing, so feel free to post constructive criticism in the comments! Warnings include mush, feeeeeelings, backstory, aaaand a cliffhanger. Of sorts. (Muahaha.)

I enjoy flouting the continuity for this particular period because the characterization was ass, however I did as much fact checking as I could on the backstory mentioned herein. That said, I've never read the relevant issues ( spoiler ), and if you spot a discrepancy, please do tell me. This is rated, oh, possibly PG-13? There's no swearing or nudity or violence.
