* Crazy Nights made a good showing, but failed to knock Hot in the Shade from it's spot as my favourite KISS studio album.

* "Are you up to the challenge of reading 50 books in 2012?" *LOL* Seriously, I'll likely have that many read before April.

* The downside to having a microwave, which I had forgotten, is how hot the dishes you cook in get. Maybe I'll start keeping a pair of oven mitts on top of the thing...

* Gonna try using my new-to-me George Foreman Grill today!

* Man, life in my head is weird when KISS and Jimmy Buffett are fighting for earworm space. "The Weather Is Here, I Wish You Were Beautiful" combines very strangely with "All Hell's Breaking Loose".

Fifty books. Fifty. AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *coughs* The only thing that makes me slower than you sometimes is that I don't read enough fiction atm.

I'm not surprised. First of all, I doubt you could seperate the music from, say, the stuff you know about that time period, or how much you liked the look. Second, it's a mood thing. Some days, I just really want to listen to The Elder, for example -- but HitS is the album I inevitably go back to first when I've been away from KISS music for a bit, and the one with the most songs I really like all in one place.

I am pretty sure you will have read fifty books by February. I know you've read more than ten since Christmas. ;3

Yes, but it combines not well at all with that particular Jimmy Buffett song. I could taken the two bodies of work and do better matches, I swear, but my brain is being evil to me... (eta: For example: Cold Gin + Let's Get Drunk and Screw!)

Yes, but Gene and Paul are hilarious for parts of Lick It Up, which makes up for the trog, a bit. And some of those songs are also pretty good. ;3
