No. I think that drivers have to be bitchy old men. It's a prerequisite, maybe?
The drivers in my city are either bitchy old men or bitchy-old-men-in-training.

Some of them are hotshot young men who never get off their phone, here. This old man was EXCEPTIONALLY bitchy.
