I would build a statue of Nikola Tesla, incorporated into a power generator station's wall, facing a park, in an O'Neill cylinder space colony orbiting Earth at LaGrange point L3.

Well, I was thinking Amelia Earhart for the shuttle terminal, but with the "disappeared mysteriously" thing, maybe that's a bad idea?
