But it's WORTH IT! (Sometimes.)
Name every character/show in this amv and I will give you 100 geek points.
;_;
I've never watched Dirty Pair Flash - I like the movies made after the original series, and the Warren Adams comics - but if this video is anything to judge bye, this version were just as destructive and unkillable... There Goes the Neighbourhood.
Also, the line "We can't be certain who the villains are 'cause everyone's so pretty"? GOLD.
XD (In case you're wondering the "K" is for "Knight Sabers".)
Amy and I watched waaaaaay more episodes of Tenchi In Tokyo that we might have otherwise just so we could do our frantic square dancing to this end-theme. :3
As far as I am concerned, this was the best thing to come out of the new Star Wars movies.
Well. This and that Episode 1/Highlander series/Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy crossover.
Um. *giggle*
I've never really listened to Korn, and I don't think I'm going to start, but I like this video. (I think I've seen it before.) It uses most of the footage available of series Dilandau, and it's done pretty well, so I'll forive it its flaws.
Although our Dilly would have cats.
RENT and Yu Yu Hakusho go together much better than I would have thought. I wish there'd been some Kuwa/Yukina in this, though...
So, I went looking for Yami no Matsuei videos.
NEVER DO THIS.
I managed to surface from the flood of angst-riddled videos about Muraki raping people set to Evanescence songs clutching this unlikely gem in my paws.
Yami no Matsuei + YMCA.
Oh Yes. *cackles*
Mystery YAOI Theatre 3000!!!! fandomwank ahoy!
And now, some Robotech:
First, this is a video with footage from the first part, i.e. the Macross section, set to One Day More from Les Miserables. It's a pretty excellent video.
Next, a not very good video of awkwardly edited footage from the third part, i.e. Mospeada. The song is the key, and the purple haired lady you see singing is singing it. Listen to the lovely song. Of course, Yellow Dancer is the other personality of Lancer, who is male. Despite what the footage may suggest, I'm pretty sure the song is more directed at Lancer than it is as Scott.
Finally, here's something from 2005 - at a convention in L.A. Michael Bradley performs live for the first time a portion of Lonely Soldier Boy. Awwww. (The fandom's not dead yet!)
