If nothing in WATCHMEN had freaked you out, you were not paying any attention.
It's a *great* story, but not a comfortable one.
The trailer is making me go *squee*, but I have a sinking feeling that people are going to ignore the reviews, think this is a popcorn movie, and be appalled when they see it (and will have brought their little kids to see it, no matter what rating it gets).
