Yeah, that'd be the... weird... lump things on the front. He's actually wearing a huge thigh holster with just MOAR POUCHES in addiction to... the rest of the atrocity. Man. I like green, and I like Rictor in green? But Liefeld's designs make me which for the days when Rictor had a definite thing for purple. SPARE THE GREEN.
