a conundrum

Yesterday, SGA season 4 began airing here.

Well, except, not here. In my house. I don't have cable -- not even bunny ears to get CBC. And I know spoilers are going to be all over my flist. They started cropping up already, actually. So far, only a few inconsiderate ficcers have been all "spoilers for blah blah blah that happens in 4th season", and the only actual post about an episode was marked as spoilers and thus avoidable.

I'm wondering if I should unsub from my fic comms for a bit. -_- I haven't even seen season 3! *flaility* David and Joe and Joe have all inadvertently spoiled me a little anyway, yay internet, but I'm doing my best to remain pristine, here.

Although I'd love to join in the excitement. *sigh*

Advice? Other than "get cable"?

Why don't you bittorrent seasons? Try to watch season 3 fast and then start watching season 4 as it comes out? You may end still getting some spoilers but that's the only solution I can other than getting spoiled. To be fair it's not really their fault your are a season behind.

You're right, it's not anyone's fault but mine. I'm working my way through 2nd season on DVDs when I get the chance, but that's been pretty infrequently, what with the overtime I've been clocking. *makes various mean faces at the overtime; it is not enough money for that much time-eating*

However, I am thoroughly spoiled for quite a lot of season 2, so, since someone posted a link belonw, I may try to watch season 3 as I can and then onto 4. And then buy the DVDs. (To support the franchise, so they keep making it.)

You could watch all of Season 3 and the first of Season 4 here: http://www.tv-links.co.uk/listings/1/87 That way yu don't have to torrent, you can have access to the eps, and you can catch up and squee along with everyone :D
