These ties on ThinkGeek! are really really cool. I like how the monkey one looks like a brocade design until you realise "..hey, wait, that's monkeys" and I really really like the the atom and caffeine ones. The pirate and space invaders ones are good designs, but my eyes tend to do strange things when given that sort of pattern. (Black and white versus red and green are still in battle over "most likely to undulate and leave afterimages without moving".)
And while I'm dreaming of wearables to purchase, why not a Utilikilt? Some Fluevog shoes? Hell, why not go all out and blow a few hundred on a pair of LandRoller inline skates? It's just dreamin', after all.

Date: 2007-09-24 02:58 am (UTC)Man, that site has more kilts now than when I found it. Also, socks. Thigh high socks. FOR MEN. B|
Although I kinda miss the picture they used to have on the workman's kilt subpage, showing the modesty snap in action. It was a guy up a power pole. :D

BWAHAHA. If the Southern California Edison folks wore kilts, I might be more willing to accept the spotty electricity during thunderstorms if it meant I got to see them shimmy up the poles the next day. XD
