1. anthropology:
   This is my major. ^_^ There's just soemthing fascinating about the study of people. And everything falls here.
2. blue beetle:
   He's a zany superhero genius who is, unfortunately, recently a murder vitim. DC killed him. Yep. It makes me sad. And yet, it made the fandom SURGE, so there ya go... I think he should team up with Senator Tenzil Kem.
   And the Bismoll Bicuspids cheerleaders, of course.
3. comic books:
   I've been an addict for, oh, forever? Okay, no, I loved Star Trek first. But comic books ate my life. I'd love to work on them. I'm not great at drawing, unfortunately, but I do have a maxi-series scripted.
4. exalted:
   At first I resisted this epic fantasy role-playing game because it came from White Wolf, makers of Vampire and thus indirect cause for a gaming group abandoning the game I was in to focus on this other game, the bastards. BUT! Exalted is great. You could play FF7 with Exalted modern. FEED THE WIKI! http://exalted.xi.co.nz/wiki/
5. highlander:
   Eheheheh... a guilty pleasure. What can I say? It's over the top and cheesy, but my god, the slasherifficness. Also, Peter Wingfield. And Adrian Paul the puppyfaceomgsocute. Swinging swords, worldwide conspiracy of Immortals, historical costumes, angst - when I was a teenager, I ate it with a spoon.
6. king of fighters:
   PLAY THIS GAME. It's better than Street Fighter! Much, much better. King of Fighters takes the characters of Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Psycho Soldiers, Ikari Warriors, and MORE, and makes them all one huge tournament of YAY. I love so many of the characters. I love the fucked up plots. I love the bizarre Japanese definition of "clone".
7. making jewelry:
   It's fun! ^_^ Mostly I don't do much more than weaving friendship bracelets and making beaded things, but it helps me satisfy my need to possess many pairs of dangly earrings.
8. mythology:
   When I was 11, I was skimming through my grandparents' complete collection of the Encyclopedia Brittanica, and I opened one randomly to "mythology". And my world changed. Because here - here were fabulous, often surreal stories with the strength of religion. Here were the inspirations for beautiful and ancient art. Here was where my desire to become and archaeologist began. I'm interested in the mythology of most peoples; they tell you a lot about their cultures, the basis of their beliefs, their views on the universe.
   And then I go to work and tell the gift shop manager the Jerry Springerness of Seth's life, and she asks me if this actually happened. Mwaha.
   Seriously, anyone interesting in fantasy should read up on mythology. Anyone interested in art should read up on mythology. Anywone interested in life, the universe and everything... Well. You get the idea.
9. roleplaying:
   I started when I was 9. It's like acting and interactive storytelling and gambling all in one. I could write a thesis on this... Games I like include a few interations of Dungeons & Dragons (settings for which including Forgotten Realms, Planescape, Spelljammer... originals. I have my favourites. ;), Shadowrun, Exalted, and a few dozen that look interesting but that I haven't tried. Yet. Someday!
10. starsky & hutch:
    This show is older than me and I don't care. It's a cop buddy story with car chases and costumes. I love it. The show, not the movie. I laughed at the movie, but it missed so many basic essentials of the characters.
