eliyesSo I open a fresh package of naan we just brought home from the grocery store and I walk down the hallway to stand outside Tai's room and talk to her while she gets ready for work. At my feet, Soci is doing his singsingsing dance a bit more fervently than usual, but I attributed that to him figuring out that Tai is a) leaving early after b) leaving the apartment to get groceries omigod abandonment issues.
That is, I did right up until he stood up on his hind legs and grabbed my naan between his forepaws.
I put down a little piece for him on the carpet (I mean, who knows? I once had a cat who loved to eat olives...) He seemed interested but puzzled about how to eat it.
Abby ate it when he walked away to stare longingly at my naan some more.
(They are currently both circling my chair and occasionally popping up to confirm that I still have some left. X3 )
