Also: YAY FINALLY SOME TIME OFF! I don't have to go back in until midnight tomorrow, which is a welcome reprieve from the seventy-four-and-a-half hours I worked starting Tuesday.

The shoulders are unburnt, amazingly! Just my face and a little bit my hands. It happened at work, after all.

Yay, and ouch. Especially since sunburnt forehead + wearing a hat to keep off more sun = itty-bitty blisters, apparently! It's only my forehead and my nose that were badly burned enough to peel, though. The rest of my face just fadded into increased freckledom. I have new freckles on my lips!

Yeah, I have to sleep, that was 7 day shifts in a row and my next shift starts at 0001 Wednesday morning!

Affirmative. Unfortunately, it had to be a hat with the company logo on it. Technically my newsboy cap, with it's satin lining, would have been less likely to induce blisteration... although the non-lining bits are wool, so it would have been hella-hot! And even if my "straw" cowboy hat weren't crushed (and against regulations), it'd be too scratchedy. :(
