on the parrot's cage, do you think more people would try to teach him to swear? (He actually already knows how - but hearing stuff again encourages him.)
I'm also tempted to put up a pronunciation guide to his name. It's not that hard. He can say it! But apparently many of our visitors can't, and often substitute one of three similar female names, or the name of a bank. *shakes head sadly at people who don't know how to pronounce the name of a world-famous quasi-historical literary figure*
Hello, my name is <--->! I'd be happy to talk to you (unless I'm eating or sleeping), but please don't tell me any naughty words. I'm a fast learner, and might start saying them myself - and while you might think that's funny, I deal with little children every day, whose parents would probably rather they not learn naughty words from me.
