Phoebe & Desmond Mars7
In the case of the Beaubier twins, they initially had identical powers which worked individually (flight & speed), and then light-generating powers which only worked when they touched. What with the interference of various mad scientists, I'm not actually sure what their status is at present. When last seen together, they seemed to be back to their original state with the exception of being able to cause explosions when they touched.
Conjoined twins; they couldn't not touch. I'm including them anyway.
Their power came from an energy synthicon chain which had to be attached to both of them to work, as opposed to them touching each other directly.
The M-twins possess a wealth of powers that work individually, and also the power to merge into one being.
Merge bodies to form a gestalt.
Harlan and Sven had a third identical triplet brother, whose powers were different and did not involving forming a gestalt with either of the other two.
As far as I know, these two don't have powers, but I could be wrong. Any Namor fans want to shed some light?
Otis does not possess any powers that I'm aware of.
Able to fly individually but had to touch to emit plasma charges.
