breakfast idea

Take one pita (medium-ish), cut it in half and open resulting pockets. Then peel one apple and cut the flesh into thin slices. Layer apple in each pita, sprinkle liberally with cinnamon+sugar mix, add the rest of the apple, and eat. It's like apple pie, but crispy and fresh! :D
