Jul. 29th, 2008 04:57 amI've been watching Farscape -- I just finished "The DNA Mad Scientist", which was highly unpleasant -- and while there's plenty I could say about the show, I just want to comment on one thing right now.
I really like the interactions between Aeryn and Pilot. Pretty much from the beginning, she's been going to him when she's confused and wants to talk. She seemed to trust him, perhaps without realising it, and when he confessed his own difficulty in grasping science and his trust in her that she wouldn't reveal this to the others, it strengthened her. (I found her struggle with trying to do something non-soldiery very interesting, as well. MAN, is her society ever messed up.)
And then in this episode she became a sort of Aeryn/Pilot hybrid.
I look forward to seeing how this might affect their interactions. (Note: she is back to normal again now.)
