Yes, which is why I didn't use it. It's one thing for Ollie (Olivia?) to be attracted to a handsome dude in a fishnet shirt. I think it's something else entirely when that dude's extended family are actually Andean Condors.
Gosh, I wish I'd been able to adopt Pat, the gender-swapping hen/rooster at the Poultry Unit. S/he'd been a production hen, laying eggs, then went through a molt and came out of it with a shiny new set of spurs.
Sadly, no. The layers aren't named, generally, because naming over 1,000 white leghorns that all look exactly alike would be... confusing, at best.
Though my teacher would, as a running gag, refer to each demonstration hen as Henrietta as he pulled her out of her cage. Some days were better for Henrietta than others. One day, she had to put up with manhandling in front of the entire class in order for us to learn about conformation.
With especial double-weird because while looking through someone's MLP-fest photos, there was a cosplayer who looked like Neko's doppleganger, so by the time I clicked on the (excellent, btw) JLA set, I was just wondering if I thought everyone looked like Neko.
However, her roomie Liz is in other photos, so I know it's them~
