Failitude

Today I bought headphones, since mine are doing that "randomly cut out in one or the other ear if the wire isn't held in a particular position" thing.

I BOUGHT THE WRONG KIND.

I shouldn't be surprised. I mean, we went to A&W and I had to correct myself so many times making a reeeeeeally simple order that the guy at the cash clearly thought I was stoned out of my gourd.

WTF, self?

Yeh, I was kind of wondering about that.

I really wish you'd asked me in the store.

Like I was that awake at the time myself -- I figured they were some kind of earbuds you could put up with.

No such luck.

wait how do you buy the wrong kind?

They all have the same plug (unless perhaps it is a mac thing)!

The bits that interface with the ear is wrong. I accidentally bought buds, which don't fit and therefore always fall out, instead of plugs, which is what I wanted.

Tiredness combined with the headphones all being displayed 6'5" off the ground combines in LOSITUDE.

ah ok i see.

I have to use phones anyway because my ear is shaped weird so nothing ever fits in the first place :D

One of my ears sticks out more than the other, so the only headphones that really fit comfortably on both sides are the massive padded-leather ones (see icon), which are a) uncomfortable in summer, and b) not great to wear with earrings.
