I mean, Namor is a dark-haired pointy-eared Prince from a scientifically advanced nonhuman humanoid species (but he himself is half-human!) who, despite a great deal of charisma and talent, submits to the commands of blond male human Captain.

(Really, I think Namor as Bones and Jim as Spock works better. McCoy would be horrified, I'm sure.)
