Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Figuring out the identity of his caller does require fairly comprehensive knowledge of the show; she's a former NCIS agent who was only in 2 eps. I put in hints for people who've seen those episodes but if you haven't, I'm gonna be evil and say you (and McGee) will have to do some investigating. ;3
