There is one single episode which provides a line or two which might corroborate this bit of fanon, and that's in "The Game" when the leader of Geldar claims they have been waiting for the "Oracle" to speak again, and have been living as they had been previously instructed in the mean time.

Personally, I think she's lying. Or, she probably believes it, but mostly she wants the "Oracle" to see how her people have been good puppies, since it MAKES NO SENSE.
