I often wish we had more documents and/or archaeological evidence that told us about women from the time period. Not that I'm the only one; I'm pretty sure there's been that lament in pretty much every Classics and archaeology course I've ever taken, with few exceptions. (Women: we're taking over the social sciences.)

I"m wondering why this hasn't come up before, frankly, but maybe they didn't see it as a problem until it started popping up closer to home.
